Soon after entering the marine construction business on Lake Conroe, we discovered every dock or pier we installed had a request for some type of lift for boats of different types and weight requirements. At first we approached one or two of the companies from Houston to construct our lifts, but quickly found them unable to service our growing needs. In 1989 we contacted a local oil field fabrication shop and joined in agreement to design and construct all types of lifts including those for jet skis and canvas covers.
